The Crew Recruitment Marketing & Branding Manager plays a crucial role in attracting top talent and enhancing our employer brand. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the marketing strategy to enhance and promote the Wizz Air employer brand and deliver the operational Cabin Crew and Flight Crew recruitment targets to deliver the commercial plan
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a consistent and compelling brand message.
  • Share job advertisements across various channels, including job boards, social media campaigns and groups, professional communities, and job portals.
  • Optimize job ad content for maximum visibility and engagement.
  • Enrich the careers page and social media accounts with multimedia content, including photos, videos, and employee testimonials.
  • Create engaging posts to showcase the company culture and attract potential candidates
  • Coordinate the development of marketing content aligned with company values and functional strategy.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging across all platforms.
  • Contribute to the functional financial planning process related to recruitment marketing and branding activities.
  • Manage the recruitment marketing effectively and within the set budget, ensuring activities align with company targets.
  • Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of recruitment marketing campaigns.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Overall 3+ years of professional experience and 2 years of relevant experience 
  • Proven experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or related roles within the aviation / transport industry
  • Creative mindset with strong multimedia content creation skills
  • Familiarity with latest digital marketing trends, tools and analytics
  • Strong team work and interpersonal skills 
  • Growth mindset and can-do attitude 
  • Fluent spoken / written English 
  • Ability to live and work in Malta
